Kancelaria Adwokacka Szymon Gostyński consists of a team of attorneys (adwokat), apprentice attorneys (aplikant) and lawyers (prawnik) with professional experience gained working in renowned Polish and international law firms. Our lawyers have utilized their broad legal knowledge and experience in the application of law to successfully represent our clients in the full spectrum of complex commercial legal matters.

Our law firm is unusually well qualified to represent international clients. All of our attorneys and lawyers are fluent in English and either German or French. We work with recognized law firms across Europe and North America. The founding partner of our law firm, Szymon Gostyński, has passed the New York State Bar Exam and will be sworn in as a member of the bar this spring (2007).

About Work Experience Attorney at Law, graduate of Jagiellonian University School of Law. Conducted his court apprenticeship in the Court of Appeals (Sąd Apelacyjny) in Kraków and passed the judgeship exam. Served apprenticeship as a court collector for the Board of Court Collectors in Kraków and worked for the Court Collector of the First Precinct at District Court (Sąd Rejonowy) for Kraków-Śródmieście in Kraków. Co-founder of the law firm "Derejski & Kaleciak". Expert on bankruptcy and insolvency proceedings. Other specialties include Corporate Law, Contract Law and Property Law. Served as an appointed liquidator of insolvent corporations.
